Like most courses, we are generally busy in the late afternoons, all day Saturday, and Sunday until mid afternoon. Our weekday mornings are generally not real busy, and the earlier you come, the less busy it is. If you’re looking for a time to come when you can play quickly or want to be more leisurely (you can let the fast groups go through you), try our weekday mornings.

We have 3 different sets of tees to appeal to players who hit the ball different distances. Our furthest back tees appeal to those players who are into more of the challenge of golf. The course is 2,237 yards long from those tees. Most of our male players (and our more skilled ladies) play from the middle tees, which is 1,891 yards long. Our forward tees play at 1,263 yards long.

Every course is rated for difficulty so knowledgeable players can see if the course is what they want without having to play it (perhaps a dubious concept), and also to get a better score evaluation. They are rated for professionals (course rating) and for the average amateur (slope). Our rating is 59.1 and our slope is 87 for men playing the back tees. For ladies our rating is 62.6 and our slope is 103. We have water hazards in play on the left side of holes #1, 2, 3, & 6. Water is in play on the right side of hole #4. We have bunkers (sand traps) in play on holes #1, 2, 6, 7, 8, & 9.

We have better fairways and greens than most Salt Lake area golf courses. The ball rolls smoothly on our greens, which are mildly undulating. We don’t have any holes with severe elevation changes, so you always know what club to hit. We have 4 par 3’s that average 140 yards from the back tees, 112 yards from the middle tees, and 91 yards from the forward tees. We have 4 par 4’s that average 297 yards long from the back, 255 from the middle, and 163 from the forward tees. Our par 5 is 484 yards long from the back, 424 from the middle, and 250 from the front.
